These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pawive.com and The Impossible Levels (the “Service”), operated by Pawive (“we”, “us”).
1. Acceptance of terms
By visiting the site or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
The Impossible Levels is a free browser game provided for entertainment. We may change, add, remove, or rearrange levels, features, ads, and other parts of the Service at any time without notice.
3. As-is, no warranty
The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free play, or that every stage will treat you fairly (that last part is intentional).
4. Ownership and intellectual property
All game content, code, art, level designs, audio, text, and the names Pawive and The Impossible Levels are owned by Pawive (or used under license). You may play the game on pawive.com for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, rehost, mirror, scrape for redistribution, reverse engineer for a competing product, or redistribute the game or its assets without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site or game assets in a way that harms the Service
- Attack, overload, probe, or interfere with the site, hosting, or other users
- Use cheating tools, bots, or exploits that harm the Service or other players’ experience
- Misrepresent yourself as Pawive or misuse our names and branding
6. Advertising
Third-party advertising may appear around the game. How ads and related cookies work is described in our Privacy Policy. Ad networks have their own terms and policies; interactions with ads are also subject to those.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawive and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including lost progress stored only in your browser. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it (which is zero for free play).
8. Changes to the game and these terms
We may update the game, levels, site pages, and these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
